20 Years’ Experience.

Caroline Mbofana has over 20 years of experience in business development and marketing at strategic level from Short Terms Insurance and Health Funding industry. She has held various roles in Marketing and Operations at Aon Zimbabwe,
Trustfin, Fidelity Life Assurance and Steward Health (now Maisha Health). Prior to joining WFDR, Caroline was Head of Operations, then Business Development & Marketing at Generation Health since 2014.

Caroline holds a BCom in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa and an Executive MBA from Africa University. She is a holder of a Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe as well as a Diploma in Financial Planning from the Institute of Bankers of South Africa. She is member of the Marketers Association.
